In the Canadian Federal system of government, education is solely the responsibility of the provinces. Each province determines which educational institutions have the right to issue degrees and diplomas. There is no Canadian equivalent of the US Department of Education.

You need to check with the provincial education authority where the institution is located to determine if it has the approval to issue degrees.

    Best wishes----Jim

Is there mutual recognition between provinces?

Is there General DoE equivalent in Canada?

Or each provice is trated as Reagionalls in US.

Any limitations on recognition of degrees from selected provinces?
