Academic Dean Dr. Frank Mills Resigns from Berne University

As of the Christmas Holidays 2004, we have official word that Dr. Frank Mills (the last of the old professor regime) has resigned from the "old/new/whatever they call themselves now" Berne University that is located in PA as of late? Anyone can email Dr. Mills to find out why he really left Berne University after 8 years of service by writing him at [email protected] (his public email address where he really works!) Glad to see Dr. Mills finally did this deed!
