What is the cheapest DETC or California Approved school?

    What is the cheapest DETC or California Approved school at a graduate level? I have found Cal Univeristy of Bus & Tech at $85 per credit for Masters level and $90 per credits for PhD/EdD.

    By the way, subject really does not matter. Are there any cheaper ?

    The CA approved National Test Pilot School, with one course costing $320,000, is definitely not in the low cost category.
