Need Suggestion to gain credits

Howdy there,

My girlfriend is enrolled in Excelsior AA Liberal Studies program and needs about 30 units. She attempted the Clep exams, but just couldn't pass them. I'm trying to find an online school she could obtain some random units at...her local community college filled up all the classes she wanted to join.

Looking for:

Online classes which can start immediately or soon.

Affordable Tuition Fees.

Schools where you not need to be enrolled in a degree program to take courses.



Any suggestions would certainly be wonderful.

 

first try your local or state community colleges. they are often the cheapest and most offer DL courses.

next take a look at LSU, they have good courses for cheap.

Education Direct has some courses not listed in their regular programs. you can order then individually by phone. be sure to only buy the ones with ACE reviewed status. these can be transfered to the mention college. get the ACE reviewed courses varified positively by Ed Direct bv writting or documentation of some sort.

CCCOnline.org is the best. Colorado Community Colleges. ALL exams are online (non-proctored) open book, timed. Not easy exams but if she reads the text she can pass.

thanks for the info. what school did you make your home school? I am in the process of researching schools where I can take all exams online.
