The University of Bangalore (Bangalore, India) has a number of degree programs that are described as "Correspondence degrees" or "External degrees." The distinction is unclear to me. They do not seem to have a website in the way that most universities we discuss have a web site. I've found this link: http://educationbangalore.com/pages/5_institutions_info/bng_uni_correspondence.htm and this link: http://wwwbangaloreonline.com/educ/ Degrees include: BA, BCom, BBM, BEd, BCA MA (History, Economics, Sociology, Philosophy, Political Science) MCom MSc (Mathematics) Clearly more information is required but some might find that interesting. The first link came up 404 Not Found, and the second didn't resolve. (I even tried sticking in a "." after the "www".) Aha! The first URL should be: http://www.educationbangalore.com/pages/5_institutions_info/bng_uni_correspondence.html
As far as i remember, Indian universities do not accept Foreign students. mainly due to the fact that they do not have foreign Exam centers,
