Not being able to read Chinese, I don't have a clue. Does this mean that Phoenix now delivers at least some of their DL programs in a Chinese language format? Can you actually do your work for an MBA in Chinese?
I don't think Phoenix offers an MBA in Chinese. This may be just a marketing thing to Chinese speaking people. The MBA is still in English. However, Concordia University Wisconsin indeed offers an MBA in Chinese by DL along with its MBA in English. I don't know whether the diploma will be the same or not. Check http://www.cuw.edu/graduate/degrees_offered.htm
Not suprising. Last time I was in China, everyone was asking "do you have an MBA" "Are you getting an MBA" They've gone MBA crazy, and any school that doesn't at least consider offering the degree there is missing a big opportunity.
In China, only about less than 60 universities are allowed to offer MBA degrees. And the admission is no easy. I think that may be the reason why some many foreign universities (accredited or unaccredited) try to have a bite of this big market. And very few people know the word "accreditation" since almost all universities in China are creditable public universities under the control of government. Private universities just came out a few years ago, few of them get recognition from the government, and people always think of them as the last choice - only when they really can not get in any public university after years of try.
