I have been waiting a LONG time to post this...

About two years ago I stumbled across this web site. I had about 70 credits worth of college under my belt after I failed out in 1993. I read post after post - many very inspiring. Earning a degree by distance almost seemed too good to be true, compared to driving to the local college three nights a week. I decided to go for it and finish up my BS at COSC.

It was a bit of a pain to finish my BS, but not overly difficult. I would go in spurts - 20 credits in a week - then lose interest for a month or more. I'd always come back to the degreeinfo.com and get re-energized.

By the end of 2003 I finally finished my BS. I finally 'fixed' one of the few regrets I had in my life - not finishing my college degree.

I kept reading the forums and I was inspired to pursue my MBA. I did some research and finally decided to go to NCU. I enrolled in January 2004. It was a whole different ballgame from taking some excelsior and clep tests - it was challenging to say the least. After a lot of work, I finally finished all the required courses and can lay claim to a MBA!

Thanks to everyone who contributes to Degreeinfo.com and of course Chip, Bruce and Bill. Without it, I doubt I’d have a degree today (And I can guarantee I wouldn’t have an MBA).

    Thanks.

I think that getting rid of the regret for not finishing my bachelor's degree was one of the best things I've ever felt.

    Congratulations on both your degrees!

Way to go fellow NCU student!

    Hi EKflag,

Congratulations on your MBA! I know first hand how arduous the NCU graduate programs are. It is indeed something to be proud of.

    Best wishes.

That's great! You finished your BS and then completed a MBA within about 2 years!

How much time did you invest in your MBA Program per week?

    Congratulations!
