Can SUNY Empire St. College's Educational Planning Workshop be transferred?

I was briefly enrolled at ESC and tokk this introductory course called (educational planning workshop) it was 2 credits from a , but the content was mainly essays and planning my own degree... It was pass or fail. I never continued ESC and dropped out and didnt send the trancsript anywhere until just last week to Thomas Edison (I mean they accepted my CPR course). I wonder if it is possible that they can accept this as a free elective??? Like i said it technically IS 2 credits from a regionally accredited school... and they list it as UPPER LEVEL Liberal Arts at ESC...?
