This is a sad approach to "recruiting" and it makes you and Kaplan look desparate.

 

I have an instructor at another DL school who teaches part time at Kaplan. I have made her aware of these postings and their damaging effects. The school is looking into "sallygal" and hopefully this pathetic attempts will cease.

 

Come on Guys! She is a new member. Maybe she made a mistake but she doesn't deserve to be crucified. In the Spirit of the Holiday Season, let's show her the proper way without criticizing her. Thanks

Uncle Janko, she was just responding to Oxpecker's question. And since he is a Senior Member, he is suppose to know the rules fairly well. Am I right? In a way, he kind of tricked her in to disclosing the name of the university and the URL.

Isn't a shill a covert accomplice? It sounds to me like she is being honest about promoting Kaplin. I don't see why that is wrong and it isn't appropriate to call her a shill. She even asked how much it cost to advertise here. So, she isn't trying to get something for free. Give her a break, Scrooge.

 

Sallygal has not contacted us to inquire about advertising. Her blatant spamming is both unappreciated and against our TOS. If we allowed the 250 odd schools out there to all do this, the boards would just be full of spam... but this situation has been dealt with.

What's this..."Our Prices are half what Uof Phx charges." According to the link on your website "how much will it cost" the prices are not all that great! In fact, they rather suck and you compare yourselves to Regis, Walden, etc.? Regis is less expensive and much, much, much more worth the time, effort, and costs. That's my 2-cents
