Is it legitmate?

 

Not worth the time or money....

Not accredited by any regional or nationally recognized accrediting body. It has the usual signs of a mill which are displaying the diploma and the riff about accreidtation being voluntary. The accrediting body they list doesn't even bother to post standards or a listing of schools. I thought it was hilarious the accrediting body posted a copy of their accreditation certificate....

 

When I attempted to visit the campus a few years ago, it turned out to be the private home of its owner, in a Milwaukee suburb.

Their accreditation (at the time; haven't checked lately) came from the dreadful and unrecognized Accrediting Commission International of Beebe, Arkansas.
