    Jimmy is correct.

    Notice also the language about their "accreditor" being "non-governmental".
    This can possibly mean:
    a) not a government agency (no US accreditor is one, actually)
    b) not recognized by USDE or CHEA
    c) nobody in custody at the moment
    d) would you like fries with that degree?
    e) don't squeeze the Charmin
    f) any or all of the above
