Anybody have their own list of the absolute lowest cost per credit hour DL grad schools, either RA or NA, regardless of degree programs and perceived educational quality?

I don't mean for this to be a cost vs. quality thread, just a lighthearted look into the lowest cost graduate schools.

    My short list:

Aspen University - $200 per credit hour (NA)
    Amberton University - $200 (RA)
    Columbia Southern - $225 (NA)
    American Military/APUS - $250 (NA)
Emporia State - $221 for out of state (RA)
Fort Hays State - $164 via Virtual College (RA) (FHSU is probably the best bargain I've found in RA DL, based on price alone)

    Anybody got any others?

    Toodles!

The Naval Postgraduate School. Students get paid to attend it, but it's only open to US and allied military officers and certain approved government employees (like CIA and NSA operatives). Some majors require security clearances.

The program I graduated from, CSU Dominguez Hills' MA in Humanities, currently charges $175/semester unit (x 30 units = $5,250). It was $140/unit when I was there, but it's still a good deal for an RA MA.

I know that when the terms "RA" and "NA" are used it clearly implies that the questioner is asking about US schools. However, sometimes these terms are used to indicate other ideas such as "quality" or "generally accepted" without the built-in geographical restriction. With that in mind, there are a number of notable programs in other countries that are quite inexpensive. The first that comes to mind are the Masters degree programs in Anthropology at the University of Wales-Lampeter. I think some of the Masters programs at the University of London are still quite inexpensive. Some grad programs found at the various Australian universities are reasonably priced (sorry, too many for me to list) and then there are the South African universities for the truly frugal. People may vary in their opinion of the utility of these "foreign" degrees but they are from GAAP schools and otherwise fit the criteria of the original question.

I wouldn't say "quite inexpensive" for people outside of EU. Current cost for each of the MA programs is about $13,000 (£745 for each 20 credit module, 180 credits needed for an MA).

Err, OK. I wasn't aware of the apparent non-EU fee (I guess that's what it is). Thanks for the info.
