Does anyone know where I would find a pool of questions for the DSST "Civil War & Reconstruction" exam. Is Instantcert worth the 19.95?
Hi! If you haven't already done this, you could try the official DANTES/Chauncy Group website: http://www.getcollegecredit.com. Under the section entitled Students and Adult Learners, there is a section called Fact Sheets. When you click on this link, you get a highlighted list of all the DANTES exams. Click on the Civil War and Reconstruction exam link and it will provide you with 14 sample questions, as well as an outline of the topics covered on the exam and suggested reading materials. I just noticed that I didn't respond to your second question. I don't know if InstaCert is worth it or not. I do know that I was able to study and pass the Civil War DANTES exam without it. You can too.
