The closest I think you may find is at Fort Hays:

The Department of History at Fort Hays State University provides courses to enable students interested in completing a Master of Liberal Studies (MLS) with a concentration in history in an online format. Fort Hays State University is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, offers an MA in History with an emphasis in military history (although you can concentrate on other topics, I think). The degree can be completed without ever visiting the campus.

(Here's) a thread from about a year and a half ago that had lots of valuable DL history options in it.

Use the search function. There have been a number of threads about history programs. The suggestions get kind of redundant since the same schools are suggested over and over (there aren't a lot of history programs), but the varied comments about the programs are interesting to read.

Sometimes when people say they are looking for an "RA program" I wonder if they realize that they are limiting themselves to US schools. On the other hand, perhaps someone is using the term "RA" as a synonym for universally accepted. I recognize that sometimes people really need a US degree and only a US degree will fit their needs. If, however, a non-US degree will work, it's important to point out that there are many (more) choices available. For example,
    Central Queensland University
    University of Wales-Lampeter
    University of South Africa
all have Masters programs in History. While they are not "RA" technically speaking, they are "GAAP" and accepted around the world. In any case, good luck in your search.

    Sheffield-Hallam has a very cost-effective MA in History - 100% online.

I assume you are talking about the Imperialism and Culture course, in which I am not a student. There are others around here who have taken or are taking these courses, as well.

I second Jim's comments about cost effective and add that so far it is very interesting.

However, it isn't really 100% online, but rather more of a correspondence type class. At least this first subject is. I recieved a packet of info, which I must read and study and research on my own, and turn in papers at the appropriate times.
So it is 100% DL, but not online.

I was going to add my alma mater www.une.edu.au but the problem there is that you must have a first degree in History in the form of a BA. The course is excellent but whether they will take you US BA - the same comment applies to CQU as these courses generally in Australia are advances on the first degree - except for 'conversion degrees' or others which are repackaged undergraduate units ... designed as full fee paying degrees for overseas students - watch out!
