Here is the link...CSU Tuition Info .

The free text book is applicable only to its "Per Course Enrollment" option.

So if you register per module, you pay less tuition but you buy the books. You pay per course, pay more tuition, and get the books for free. I guess the price of books evens out either way... Then what's the point lol

The then Aspen President when I had applied for admission, Mary Adams, had told me that my books will cost me 2K.

I just calculated the price of books I had to buy, which I bought from ebay mostly, have cost me a bit more than $850. And the total price of the MBA I am almost done with (notice I say "price" not fees :D) comes to just over $5K. Col-South's per course program would have been quite higher in price for me atleast...

BTW, anyone on this forum enrolled in col-couth's MBA? I'd like to know about the studies there.

    The university will provide:
    1. Course outline (online or print)
    2. Textbook (paid separately or part of package)
    3. Professor/Instructor (via email or phone)
    4. Student Services support (beside support from professor)
    5. Board to discuss with fellow students and school staff pertaining to course or school issues.
    6. Online account to access online course guide and to submit quizzes.
    7. Assignment upload page (for course paper and other related assignment)
    8. Online Library and other resources (career resource/links)

    Each course normally comprise:
    Type I
    1. 3 quizzes (25-45 multiple choice questions each, to be submitted online)
    2. 1 course paper of 10-15 pages
    3. 1 Final Exam (proctored - multiple choice and essay)

    Type II
    1. 5-6 quizzes (10-15 multiple choice questions each, to be submitted online)
    2. 2 essay exams (5-7 questions each)
    3. 1 course paper of 10-15 pages
    4. 1 proctored Final Exam - multiple choice (some selected courses doesn't have final exam)

The professors and student services are very supportive to students. I normally had replies from professors in a day or two, and from student services - on the same day (via email).

Further details can be found at the University
    Academic Policies

I hope this helps... please do ask questions... I may be able to answer based on my CSU experience.

I just completed my MBA last month.

    regards,

Search under my user name I finished an MBA-PM at CSU (2003). The total price at the time including the books I purchased was $6094.00 plus grad and application fee. I bought the books from the bookstore so I could have saved some money but all my books were new. The entire program cost less than 3 PM classes from ESI or Global Knowledge. I am a PMP so I continue taking PM classes for my recertifications. The only complaint that I have is that they were working on Regional accreditation and SACS denied it because they have no on ground classes so they remain DETC. If you have specific questions PM me and I'll be happy to answer.

    The articulation agreements are worthwhile.
