The judgement of the Federal Court of Losanna has decided that the accreditation status is a voluntary choice of each university,is not a cantonal competence but federal competence.Ther is not a legal duty to indicate in the name of institution the status " not accredited". The our degree has bees recognized for the admission into the post lauream course of FORCOM a private recognized italian universities consortium.
