When did the Open University of the United States achieve DETC accreditation? It claims DETC accreditation http://www.open.edu/help.asp . If you scroll down you will find the accreditation statement toward the bottom of the page. This information may have been posted here before but I can't remember seeing it. I actually visited DETC web site but Open University is not listed in the directory of accredited institution. Ike
DETC had its quarterly meeting 2 or 3 days ago, when they vote on accreditation, so presumably it was granted then, and OU is faster than DETC in posting the news. Wonder who else DETC blessed this time around.
