Has anyone heard of a ‘Masters Degree in Logic” being offered DL?

No, not offhand. I can't think of very many B&M graduate programs specifically in logic, for that matter.

My impression is that most people approach logic by majoring either in philosophy or in mathematics. The former approaches logic by way of the philosophical issues it embodies or impacts upon. Mathematics treats logic as a formal system (or more accurately systems) and investigates its technical properties.

Unfortunately, there are very few DL graduate programs in either philosophy or mathematics. So that's not much help.

The one idea I have is that you might want to take a look at DL graduate programs in computer science. There's lots of stuff in CS that's closely related to work in formal logic. You might want to look for a program with strengths in theoretical CS.

Artificial intelligence is a biggie in computer science and it's a hotbed of logical interest.

Bill's reply was correct. There is no Masters degree in Logic anywhere (B&M or DL). Logic typically is an area of study that falls under departments of Philosophy or Math. Computer Science puts its own twist on logic studies. I think the best you could do would be to enroll in one of the "Independent Studies" or "Interdisciplinary Studies" programs and build your own program. These schools might be a starting point:
    Antioch U
    Goddard C
    Lesley U
    Rensselaer Polytech
    Rochester Inst. Tech.
    Good luck.
