Cheapest online upper division course

A quite specific question:

Which 4 or 5 schools offer the cheapest upper division courses online (or, conversely, by correspondence)? Creating a degree is not important (because they are just going to be transferred to one of the Big Three).

BYU is fairly reasonable at $119 per credit. Louisiana State University is $73 per credit? What are some others?

I found Colorado State University-Pueblo to be inexpensive. I've picked up one of their English courses. I'm not sure about the other courses, but mine is strictly correspondance (read novel, send in assignment, repeat). Also, University of North Dakota belongs on the list. They have both online and correspondance (I'm in the midst of an upper-level Canadian geography course). As of 12/18/04 their cost is going up to $105 per credit hour. http://dce.und.edu/dce/index.php

 

University of Wyoming distance program should be on the list.

Undergraduate: $87 per credit hour

Graduate: $147 per credit hour
