Hi Zoe - Welcome to the forum. I've got some good news and some bad news. The good news is that there are lots of accredited colleges and universities that offer degree programs in Education. The bad news is that I don't know of any listing that separates out Early Childhood Education from the rest of the varieties. Because of this you may have to slog through the list of all the education programs and find the ones that offer the specialization you're seeking. One place to start is Jonnie's Distance Learning Page:

Another thing you might want to consider is buying yourself one of the well-known distance learning guides. John Bear et al have one specifically for Education degrees. Beyond that, I could start you off by reporting that there are two Cal. State Univ. campuses that have Education degree programs (Fresno and Hayward) and you could also look at the University of Texas, Univ. of Northern Iowa and the Univ. of Houston. Good luck,
    Jack

This isn't really my field and I don't follow it.

But I do know of an entire college that actually specializes in early childhood education: Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena California, near LA. They seem to be well regarded in the early childhood education world here in California and they operate their own schools. They are regionally accredited by WASC.

They offer online options at both the bachelors and masters level.

Pacific Oaks apparently requires that you take a couple of classes physically with them, but they offer condensed full-time week-long versions in Pasadena and at remote sites in Visalia and Oakland. They say that they have online students who live all over the country and internationally.

There are probably more early childhood programs out there, but this is a prominent one that I happen to know about.
