You must submit a resume and an introduction letter to the DL institution; Most of them have the job openings in their web site. But you must have some patience; it took me about one year and a half to get my first job. Some universities won’t accept foreigners like the University of Phoenix but most of them do. In Canada you may try Athabasca University, they hire part time also.
