Onlinephd, gildeer7, mrw142, other UMass MBA students...

...I'd appreciate your insights!

I am still considering which DL MBA program would be the best fit for me, and reading your posts has been very helpful. I am taking a hard look at UMass-Amherst right now, and I'm hoping you cn answer a few questions for me.
1. How are students assessed? (Assignments? Exams? Any difficulty getting proctors for exams? Any additional exam fees?)
2. Approximately how much do you need to spend on textbooks?
3. Did any of you need to take the Foundations courses? (I will need to.) If so, how did you do it? Can the Foundations courses be taken in the summer, and then start the regular MBA program in the fall with everybody else?

Any other thoughts or comments on the program? I'd love to hear them!
