VADC.OB .. looks like a 'pump and dump' to me

I could not resist at looking at their past few 'news releases'. You have to give the guy credit for issuing NR's with those catchy words like, "WAP" and "Mobile learning".

In other words, buy using your Palm Pilot or your Handspring Visor - as long as you are in an area that has wireless connectivity (NY, Washington DC, LA..) you can log-in and check your whatever at their site.

There is a good reason why VACD trades as a pink-sheet stock instead of being listed on the NASDAQ - the biggest of which is that they probably can not come up with a finanical statement that meets SEC, FASB and GAAP.

Stocks like this exist for those in the 'born every minute' category.
