Hi all! I am new to this forum. I am an international student (Malta, Europe) and I wish to study for an MSEE (preferably specializing in communications). Does anyone know about one which: 1) One which doesn't cost that much (say approx. $400 per CH) 2) Is RA? At this point in time, the only one that matched my criteria is the one from Capitol College. What do you thing about Capitol? Also, I have read that state universities are cheaper than private ones. If I'm not mistaken, Capitol is private. Are there any state universities offering an MSEE with the same prices? Many thanks for your help.
I don't know about Capitol College but I would recommend: University of Idaho University of Southern Queensland if you really want the best: Standford University
