No! Eewww! They have gotta be able to do better than that. Columbia University is already taken... Cascade University. As I understand it, OGI is private while OHSU is state run, being the former U. of Oregon medical school in Portland, spun off to be an independent state university. So I wonder what this new OH&SU will be. A sort-of-state university?
I guess the new one will still be state-run. Also, I think the reason for such name change is because OHSU is already a brand name in Medical/Health subject.
