Can you Please help, Who has ever heard of IACHE. Do you have their website? Are they genuine?

The International Accreditation Council for Higher Education. (IACHE),duly incorporated in the United Kingdom and committed to maintain the best training standards world-wide through member organisations.

 

I could not locate this organization on the Internet (although I did not devote much time to the task). Its lack of visability makes it suspicious.
