I Want some discussions on CIU- Cambridge Intercontinental University. Its authenticity regarding the accreditation with IEM

 

Well for starters, it is a Delaware corporation but has no recognized accreditation. It uses the course material from MIT but partners with other schools?! What does CIU do then?! At best it is unaccredited school, at worst a degree mill.

 

DOES IT MEAN THAT INTERFAITH EDUCATION MINISTRIES IS NOT RECOGNIESD ACREDITED BODY?

I have never heard of Innerfaith Educational Ministries before. Looking through their list of "accredited" schools none appear legitimate. For an accreditor to be legitimate and reputable in the U.S. it must be CHEA recognized. The websites of IEM and CIU both appear to be illegitimate or degree mills. Hopefully others can comment with additional info.
