Unless I'm mistaken, no one has posted on this. TESC has a fairly new exam "Business Law" for 3 semester credits. http://www.tesc.edu/catalog/tecep.php?CourseCode=LAW-201 Contract law is only 30% - half the 60% of the 6 credit CLEP. From the sample, it appears to cover more factual infor than reasoning, which the CLEP emphasizes. This ought to be of interest to those unwilling to trudge through a texbook and prefer the COMEX book on CLEP B-law, since the latter is universally panned for the CLEP! It just may be a better prep book for a different exam.... Anyone with experience to share? -Orson
