Which first Application or transcript

Hello again guys.

I am planning to do an application for admission to Excelsior, so I can know how much credit I have and which exams not to do in CLEP (to avoid duplication).

I will be asking them to use my CLEP and my LOMA (they have told ne that they will award credits for this) to do my evaluation.

Question: What is the order in which I should do things. Should I apply to Excelsior first and then apply to CLEP and LOMA to have them send the transcript to Excelsior? Or should I apply to CLEP and LOMA to have them send the transcript and then apply to Excelsior?
