Degree Mill or Legit Institute?

    Hi

    Just thought Id check with the experts on here before i commit to a course!

    AIU (American Intercontinential University) - is it a legit institution?

    i asked about accrecidation and was told:

    "American InterContinental University is regionally accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) to award Associates, Bachelors and Masters degrees".

    Im in the UK so all that means nothing to me!

    :confused:

    Could one of you guys in the US confirm if thats ok or if they are talking crap?

    Regional accreditation is considered (by many) to be the best accreditation, SACS is a regional acrreditor.
