Does the fact the Argosy is for profit, undermine it's credibility within the academic community? I’m specifically interested in the DBA program and entering Academia upon completion. Thanks -C
C: It doesn't help. There is still a suspicion in academe about for-profit schools regarding the quality of education. That said, it depends very much on who is doing the hiring, what your total background is, and what they're specific needs are at the time. The one Argosy campus that I know anything about has open enrollment for their graduate programs, which does not instill confidence. Whether this is true for all Argosy campuses, I can't say.
