Kaplan College Becomes Kaplan University, Institution Approved to Offer Graduate Level Programs.

Kaplan College today announced
that it has officially changed its name to Kaplan University, having received
formal approval from its accrediting body, The Higher Learning Commission of
the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA). Kaplan
University will offer its first graduate-level degrees, a Master of Arts in
Teaching and Learning (M.A.) and a Master of Education (M.Ed.), and has also
been approved to offer a new Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.).
