Hi, My wife is seriously considering enrolling in Excelsior to get her second Bachelors in Accounting (her first Ukrainian degree is in Management). She is taking Accounting courses from LSU and we try to see if her degree has the right kind of credits for the rest of the degree. What we're not sure about is if her Strategy course will satisfy Business Policy requirement. I see that the ECE exam is offered only thru Sep. 30 (why?), and any courses other than LSU are cost prohibitive. Can you share some experience - what kinds of courses were accepted to satisfy this requirement? Thank you.
Excelsior perennially adds or drops exams - last Sept 30th it dropped Production/Operations management, so I ended up taking the TECEP version. Although I'm going to slip in before the deadline (9/25), if I didn't I would probably look at taking the TECEP Business Policy exam - check with Excelsior to see if it's accepted. Cheers, Mark
If she enrolls in Excelsior, she will have access to their database of DL courses, and there will almost certainly be a course available that is comparable in cost to an LSU course.
