Can anyone give me any insight as to which program is better and why, excpecially where employers perceptions are concered. I live in Michigan and would like to enroll in either UofM-flint or UofM-dearborn. I'm not concerned with the price of either, just the value of it to employers. What I like about the flint campus is that there is 2 days of on campus time every six weeks and its 48 credit hours. Dearborn is 60 credit hours and totally online. I don't have the time because of my current job to attend MSU or UofM main campus, so the webMBA or Netplus mba's offer my best alternatives. Any input would be appreciated.

Both programs are fine, but if you're looking for programs for a comparable price in the same general region that have excellent reputations, I'd look into the University of Indiana--Kelley DL MBA and Purdue's Krannert DL Executive MBAs. Solid perception from employers, about the same price as the Michigan programs.

Thanks for the reply. The resaon I like the Flint campus is that I do get to goto class in person a couple days every six weeks and it is within a 45 minute drive for me now. Does anyone else have any info regarding these two schools?

That's certainly a factor and I don't believe that Flint's a poor program. Sorry that I've no specific info upon it save that which is available to all:

    Part-time average GMAT - 545, acceptance rate - 80%
    Distance average GMAT - 500, acceptance rate - 83%

Seems like a decent program--not eye-catching, but solid.
