Pas de problem.

The closest I've seen is the MLS at Fort Hays, which has a concentration in Sociology/Cultural Studies http://www.fhsu.edu/mls/index.shtml

There are a few Bachelors level programs in the USA (Mary Baldwin C, U of S. Colorado) but no Masters programs of which I am aware. If you're willing to go non-US then look at South Bank U, U of Kent, U of Leicester, U of Melbourne, U of New England and of course, good ol' UNISA.
