I have turned on a very hot situation, I'm sorry I didn't mean that.
But if the VUST is not so accreditated are there any others that may offer something not to worry about?
The problem is to make clear to people like me what is real "good", without any wasting of money and time.
The purpose, I think, is to stress out which school or university is reliable, then those that are not will be automatically pulled out.

My best regards to all of you

No apology necessary. You asked a legitimate question. Some of us have tried to get you legitimate answers. Some of us don't care to be spat upon. But your request and our attempts call for no apology. Welcome to the board and best wishes in your distance learning enquiries and endeavors.

Use the search function to find older posts about that school. There was some discussion of it recently and I was unpersuaded of the legitimacy of the place. However, I am not in that field of study at all. I would suggest that you post a new thread labeled "medical or biological PhD" so that others can notice your interest in this.
As you observed, there is often a cry of racism when one questions dubious schools operating ostensibly in some west African country but controlled in reality from the US or somewhere outside of Africa. Tough! Now if a med school in Ghana or Senegal (not Liberia, not now and not for a long time to come, I suspect) is fully licensed, accredited by Ghana or Senegal as the case may be, and recognized by whatever international organizations vouch for the legitimacy and competence of medical schools, then it could be a good choice. The same would apply to medical schools located in the Caribbean. But in the medical field if anywhere the strictest standards must be applied, not only so others don't get harmed, but so that the DL graduate doesn't run afoul of the law.
On the biology PhD, you might check out the various Australian universities. Several have scholarship programmes targeted at southeast Asia. There would be assurance of legitimacy with any government-run Australian university.
