DC/MD area test centers (last thread, I swear!)

Having trouble finding out what military and civilian test centers there are in the region (Columbia, MD.).

For those of you familiar with the area, there's the three obvious choices of 1) The Fort Meade Army Education Center 2) Anne Arundel Community College 3) Howard Community College.

I KNOW there are a lot more than just these three in the area. Problem is, especially with the military centers, is that schedule listings tend to be outdated and the test center staff generally unknowledgable, not helpful, or simply unwilling to actually answer the damned phone (the Pentagon's, *ahem*!)

Specifically, I'm looking for test centers that offer the ECE's, preferably more than once a friggin month, if at all possible. If there were some way to get all of my ECE's done within the next week (English Comp, Ethics, World Population), then I'd be willing to make the drive to VA.
