    Hey,

Just had a quick question about TESC. For each undergraduate degree offered at TESC (that I've looked at, at least), the website has the general education requirements listed... along with a link that will take you to the courses needed to fulfill the major selected. For every page I've looked at (with the exception of the English major) it states that only two "100" level courses may be accepted toward the applicable major. Just after that, though, it states that all other credit earned must be in the "200", "300", or "400" level.

Does TESC consider everything above "100" level to be upper-level credit? That seems somewhat odd (considering how other schools do), but I've looked at the undergraduate catalog sent to me by a TESC representative and it says nothing about upper-level credit, other than what I have already found out (that only two courses can be "100" level and all others should be above that level).

If this is the case, I have technically already earned the Liberal Studies major..... and about the difference I noticed for the English major? Nothing is stated about the level of the courses required (it says nothing about a limit on "100" level courses). Most college handbooks I have come across say something along the lines of "at least 30 (in some cases 40) credits must be earned at the "300-400" level.

If anybody knows how TESC works with this, please let me know. Thanks!

I realize I am bumping an old thread up, but I am wondering the same thing.

My acedemic program evaluation also says that a maximum of two 100 level courses can be applied, however, all 18 hours of credits they listed there were 100 series courses. I'm confused? Does this mean only two of them really count, so I only have 6 credits in that spot? I'm assuming if that is the case i can have them switched elsewhere, but it sees really odd!
