I have been asked for advice regarding an entity called Harland University. A search on the database and search on Google reveals little. Has anybody come across this before? Cheers, George
not a good sign The fact that Google does not know of it is not a good sign: a real school will have a web site which doesn't have a "robots exclusion" directive applied to its pages. G
I don't think it "checks" out, George. (Harland and Deluxe are the two big cheque-printing companies in the US.)
from a degree broker? Might it be one of those "universities" whose diplomas are provideed by degree brokers that inform the client that they can't tell them the name of the"university" until after they've paid the fees, in order to "protect" the good name of the university from the nasty opponents of diploma mills? G
We just had word of an impending Trump University. "Harland" is Colonel Sanders' first name. Maybe he's going into the degree business, too . . . with one of those chicken**** schools.
