$55 Acct 101 - CSU Northridge??

Hi, I came upon this site which seems to offer an Acct 101 course online for $55 if enrolled before 9-1-2004. (There is also a mirror site here.) The first site's url is http://www.csun.edu/~vcact00g/acct.html . Is it real, or is it (memorex) a wayward professor, or is it merely a site CSU-N is cacheing for future (legal?) use (perhaps for the same reasons one can find many degree mill sites cached on the ODA site).
Any opinions or insight on this? Anybody?

It looks like it is a geniune offer - but note it says $55 with available scolorship.

I also note that other courses are available from CSUN such as statistics http://www.csun.edu/~vcact00g/chap.html
