Question about Continuing Education for Architecture/Design

Greetings all,

I am in need of some continuing education credits for AIA liscencing as an architect. The AIA and other sites offer distance ed courses over the internet for a cost....however i was informed of this site;
free online continuing education at a place called AECDaily.com

I was wondering how they can provide their courses for free?? and if anyone has ever used them, were they fast in submitting results to the AIA?
