    Who are they?
What authority is giving them accredition.

If it is govt. organization and they have list of all degree mills
why tey do not take any action to close these organzations (Universities).
If these universities legal on papers then the question who make them legal. And why this legality is very easy.

    Why accredited universites very costly?

They are the State of Oregon Department of Degree Authorization (ODA); a state government agency... but then you clearly knew that as indicated by your third question. So maybe this first one was rhetorical.
    They are not an accreditor.
Because this is the United States of America and one state does not have the power to close down diploma mills in other states or, more especially, other countries. Oregon has, to the best of my knowledge, closed down any diploma mills operating within it... that is, if any diploma mills ever were operating within it.
While I think I know what you're asking, I can't be sure because your English, in this question, is not good enough to be clearly understood. And I wouldn't dare try to answer a question that I can't absolutely understand. Please re-state the question... in understandable English, this time.
Because all that quality (that goes behind accreditation) don't come cheap.

What country are you from, alikhan2005? And where are you headed with these questions? What do you really want to know or mean to say?

Ok I try to ask you question again in understandable English.

Degree mill is a good business in USA (What I understand to read many big lists of Degree Mills) Is this business legal in USA?

    Re: Thanks

Why did you leave out your answers to the other two questions? I'll repeat them for you:

Where are you headed with these questions?

What do you really want to know or mean to say?

    Hi

I dont know what are you thinking.

All university names and state name I got from this forum.

I already did my BS program from an unaccredited university in 1994. (I am not mentioning the name. I really hate them)

I am looking some low cost and fast track to complete BS again.

If some body asks about unrecognize university most the people give link of Oregon Department of Degree Authorization.

Most the fast track universites are called diploma mill.

I want to continue my education in Australia and currently I am in first stage of IELTS.

Just for time saving I am want to continue Distance Learning from a university as mentioned above and I am expecting some good reply from you educated peoples.

    regards,

There are many degrees that you can earn quickly that are also regionally accredited. Three of the most popular are

    1. Excelsior College, www.excelsior.edu
    2. Thomas Edison State College, www.tesc.edu
    3. Charter Oak State College, www.cosc.edu.
