If the institution listed below is the one you're referring to, then yes, it's accredited.

    Clayton College and State University
    5900 North Lee Street
    Morrow, GA 30260-0285

    Phone: (770) 961-3400

    Web site: http://www.clayton.edu

Regionally-accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) Commission on Colleges, which is an accreditation agency approved by the U.S. Department of Education's Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). So, yes, it's fully accredited.

If that's not the institution to which you were referring, then next time be sure to provide a URL with your question so we can go look at the school's web site (if they even have one).

    Hope that helped.

    Re: http://www.culhk.com

You mean, you weren't asking about the college in Morrow? Surprise, surprise.

Why do you ask questions, the answers to which you already know, alikhan2005? You and I both know what you're doing. Why don't you just stop jerkin' people's chains around here? Hmm?

Clayton never had recognized accreditation. They briefly qualified for US federal loans under the "three by three" (later "four by four") program, but that was more thn 20 years ago. At this time, their acceptance in the US is probably zero.

Clayton University clearly states on its website that it does not offer any programs in the USA, only in Asia (it is headquartered in Hong Kong). There is no mention anywhere on its site where it obtains its degree granting approval. Any ideas?

    Cheers,

Yep. There is none. That makes things much simpler for them, eh?

They used to claim authority from Missouri long after they'd bugged out of there, but it wasn't true.

The point of these posts, as I thought a while back and IIRC George Brown said plainly, is to pepper the board with requests about l-t-w outfits in order to try to slip one past and then say "Wallah! Degreeinfo doesn't criticize Pig-N-Whistle Polytechnic."

    Boring. Cut it out.
