    It helps if you provide a link. If you make people work by forcing them to search for it on Google or elsewhere -- especially when they pretty much don't care much about the subject, generally, as I suspect is the case here -- you're asking too much of them.

    If you mean this, I've managed to work in e-commerce for five years without ever hearing of it.

    No, this is pretty much new for me, I was researching on Kongo Group and landed over here so I would suggest go on Google reviews for this website..
