I'm sure this is old information for some, but, anyone out there that is working on research papers or looking for information that you would normally go to a library for check out www.questia.com you can also get help in how to write research papers. I started using questia and have found it to be extremely helpful. If it helps GREAT. If it doesn't don't blame me, I get enough bad grades on my own. TomC.
Good subject, may I hijack... You wouldn't find much natural science stuff there, and it is also no-good as a law source, but it has several decent journals in Sociology, Political Science, and the rest of the unemployment sciences: Find Articles http://www.findarticles.com/ Edit: look especially under "Education and Reference" http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/tn_ref
I, too, have found Questia to be useful; several times I've found a journal article or book chapter I've been looking for in the e-databases that I would've had to wait for through interlibrary loan. It's not comprehensive for all subjects, as Floyd points out, but I've found good resources in education, psychology, and some HR/organizational behavior. Cheers, Adrienne
