Fort Hays State University in Kansas has locked-in tuition rates for their DL programs through the Summer 2005 semester at $122 per credit for undergrad and $164 per credit for graduate courses. This is an excellent value for a RA school. FHSU offers Associate's, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees through their Virtual College, and their Master of Liberal Studies program has many concentrations available completely online.
