    Hi Everyone!

Well, I've decided to take CLEP Principles of Management and Analyzing and Interpreting Literature this Friday. I'm worried about passing the Analyzing and Interpreting Literature. Any advice? I took the mock test in the Official CLEP Book, and I got 29/50 right. Do I stand a chance of passing? I do feel that I will pass the Management test, because I studied the COMEX book for that particular test.

    Thanks!

I followed Lawrie's advice on the CLEPs I took and it never failed me. If you can do 50% or higher raw score you should be fine. If you haven't already, read up on it here: http://bain4weeks.com

    Hi Sara,
Go to www.degreeforum.com and look in the CLEP section. There are lots of great tips on these exams.

With that little time left, you might want to invest in www.instacert.com for Prin of Management. They have a good online study prep for that exam. I can't speak about the Literature, but their management is very good. Good luck.

  4. Hi Sara,

Honestly, I feel that the CLEP Analyzing and Interpreting Literature is one of the easiest tests if you understand the basics of literature (i.e. you can read different styles and answer questions about them). Because there IS a lot of reading, however, this is one exam where a quiet seating area and good concentration is key.

Principles of Management is also a straightforward exam. I used the COMEX book and did very well, so it sounds as though you have both of these under control. Good luck!

    Cheers,
    Mark

I'll agree with Mark that I found the Analyzing & Interpreting Literature exam to be one of the easiest. The answers are right in front of you, because the questions are about the passage that you just read.

My best piece of advice is to relax and not read too much into the questions. The most obvious answer is usually correct, it's not a trick. :)

    Best of luck!
