Grad opportunities in Tx after DL BS?

Hello everybody,
I need some help with Grad studies in Texas. I am planning to complete my BS in EET from EC through DL. I have been working in engineering field for past 8 years as technician and have accumulated about 70 hours through B&M university. I have following questions and hope somebody here can help me.

1: After finishing BSEET from EC, is it possible to get into an MS program in a B&M school? In particular, UT, Texas Tech, T A&M, Baylor, SMU, Rice for example. Has anyone tried this in past?

2: I am also open to the option of going for BS in Physics or Math since I have a strong background in both of these areas, using DL opportunity through EC or TESC or Empire state College. Againg question remains the same. After finishing my Bs in Phys or Math through DL, is there an opportunity to get into an MS program in a B&M school in Texas or Oklahoma?

Please let me kmow if anyone has tried this in the past.

May be I was not clear enough. I really meant after BS EET to MS EE or after BS Phys or Math into MS Phys or Math.
