PhD/EdD in education help/dilemma

    I need help in selecting a PhD or EdD in education online. I earned my masters through the California State University, Hayward online and it was great.

    I need:

    Accreditation
    Under $30,000
    No residencies my first choice, but if there are residencies , preferably somewhere in the West (it seems most are in the East)

    Any Ideas?

    See previous thread on Edith Cowen University in Australia. 100% distance Ed.D. and should be well under $30,000.

    I'm guessing that the EdD program at the Universitiy of Nebraska-Lincoln is the least expensive of it's type in the US.
