TESC Residency reqs and TECEP?

I'm confused. For my military degree roadmap for a potential BA in Humanities, TESC requires that 12 credits be taken in residence there, and they go on to list four options for getting credit:
Guided Study, Guided Study with Email, and online courses.

That, of course, is only 3 methods. So, I'm wondering if it's possible to take the TECEPs and meet the residency requirements that way instead.

 

I believe that they mean you take the courses through them not on site versus transfering in credits.
